   I’m unsure if this is a parody because its missing most of life’s most important lessons or if its serious.

   It’s mainly serious. It’s not meant to actually include all of life’s lessons, but rather to point out lessons that are (almost) never taught by heroes, but are actually really important, and which are taught by the villains instead.
